In making the decision to sell our property in South Carolina, we prayed and asked for guidance in the process. One decision that came quickly and most easily was to ask Nancy Johnson to list our property. I worked with Nancy several years ago and always knew her to be honest, hard working and dedicated to her clients. This was the first we were able to be guided through the process by Nancy. To be honest, our road was not as smooth as one would expect, with several disappointments along the way. Nancy was ALWAYS there to deliver news, be it good or bad and only when she had all the facts and solutions. There was no “half news” that makes the process more hectic. Communication at every step is her strength. And her reviews of our property prior to listing, the listing price, the negotiation of the final contract was very professional! Nancy made the entire process manageable. Our move was long distance, from South Carolina to Ohio, and Nancy found a realtor in Ohio that kept the process as stress free as is possible. I truly believe when things are “supposed to be God” finds the team for us that makes it all happen. Nancy was the captain of that team and we will be forever grateful. We are now settled in our new home in Ohio, just less than 10 minutes from our children and grandchildren and are so blessed to be here. We will be celebrating our first Christmas with our family in 12 years, and Nancy kept that ball rolling that got us here. Only blessings and good wishes to her and her wonderful family for making our circle complete. Anyone considering selling or buying a home should have Nancy at the top of their agent list.
