To begin with I was pretty daunted by the concept of selling a house. I’d never done it before, and it wasn’t even my house but my late grandfather’s. But Nancy and her team truly made it run smoothly! They handled pretty much everything but also kept me in the loop about everything, so that I was always well informed. I live a few hours away from where the house is located, and their attention minimized the amount of times I actually had to be there in person. In fact, if I recall correctly, I only had to be there for the initial meeting with Nancy and then for the closing with the buyer. They responded promptly to any questions I had (well into the evening, on some occasions!) Nancy and her team took a stressful task and made it a stress-free process. I would definitely work with them again!

Me and my brother obtained our mother’s house after her death and wanted it sold as soon as possible. LORI TWORZYDLO from the NANCY KOWALIK GROUP contacted us, took charge, and handled everything right up to closing. The house was not on the market long (less than a month) and was sold much higher than we anticipated. What a relief to have such a fine group of people working for US and we just wanted to thank them for all of their hard work and knowledge of buying and selling houses. We are sure that if it wasn’t for the NANCY KOWALIK GROUP our stress level would have been unbearable and the home would most likely still be for sale.
