06/14/2013 - user2591399 Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Albany, OR. Nancy helped us buy our first home. She was just amazing, and also fun to work with. She patiently managed our first-time home buyer anxieties and expectations. We relied heavily on her excellent knowledge and she always answered her phone or called rite back for any little thing. In the end, she found us the perfect house, that we thought we might not be able to get but her negotiation skills got them down enough for us to get our dream home! She was there every step of the way, and supported us beyond expectations. I highly recommend her!
