Nancy Legaz

Nancy Legaz, the founder of the Legaz Team, began her real estate career in 1994. Born and raised in Long Island City and a Whitestone resident for many years, she has a true pulse and affinity for Queens and Manhattan real estate.
She majored in Marketing at St. John’s University and was previously employed by ABC-TV, Disney, and MTV Networks as a Marketing and Research Department manager. Nancy brings this strong marketing sales experience to the Legaz Team.
As an Accredited Staging Professional, Nancy offers clients her expertise in getting their homes ready to sell and maximizing its best potential. Nancy’s ultimate commitment to her clients has developed a decade of strong repeat and referral business.
