Nancy Reed

Nancy is a third-generation resident of the South Shore. She was educated in the public school system and has fond memories of her summers growing up on the bay and at the beach. Her two grown children have happily done the same. She moved away during college years, only to find that she truly felt that the South Shore was the best place to raise a family. She has been listing and selling homes in the South Shore area for the past 25+ years, with much success in bringing buyers and sellers to a mutually happy conclusion. She joined Coldwell Banker to ensure that she would be able to give each client the very best personalized service. She has been in the "Top 10" in sales each year for the past 20+ years.

She has served as a Director for the Plymouth County Board of Realtors, co-chairing the Education Committee, a member of the Networking Committee and Nominating Committee for the Board. Additionally, she is a Notary and hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations.

Presently she is a member of South Shore Business Leaders in Marshfield and the Town of Duxbury Board of Assessors and serve on the 4th of July Parade Committee for the town, this year planning our 125th parade!
