Nancy Stedman

I moved to Tallahassee on New Year's Day of 1985 to start my junior year at Florida State University, having come from the Vero Beach area (prior to that, Boca Raton and Westchester County, New York). I graduated at the end of 1986 with my Bachelor's degree in Economics and immediately went to work at the Florida Public Service Commission, where I was for a few years, although I had always maintained great interest in real estate since my family's move to Florida.
I have been a Realtor in Tallahassee since 1990 and offer great service based on my experience, knowledge of our market, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuing education and the highest ethical standards. I live by the Golden Rule, treating all customers and others the way I would want to be treated.
My husband and I have three grown daughters and are long distance running enthusiasts. I have run 37 races of marathon or longer distance, five of them being at the Boston Marathon, where I achieved my personal best of 3:28:08 in 2013 at age 51. We directed the Tallahassee Marathon & Half for a number of years and upon "retiring" from that in 2015, we took up directing the Tallahassee Ultra Distance Classic at Wakulla Springs. I have also assisted with other races, served on the board of our track club, organize a distance training group, have served on numerous committees and boards in non running activities, and have been a Girl Scout leader.
