Nancy Tessman

Nancy was born and raised in Long Island, NY and has lived in
Loudoun County for over 30 years. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods and schools in Loudoun County. She has two children who attended Loudoun County Public Schools & was an active volunteer in the PTA, Athletic Booster Club but the volunteering she enjoyed the most was as a Cub Scout & Boy Scout Leader.

She graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Materials Engineering and a minor in Management. She earned a Masters of Engineering Management degree from George Washington University.
In her last corporate position, she served as Senior Manager in the Corporate Real Estate Group where she negotiated capital leases and space for internet data centers and sales offices around the world.

Nancy’s business experience in contractual work, her attention
to detail & her negotiating experience around the world gives her clients an advantage. Her engineering background helps her assist her clients to identify needs and wants when purchasing a home. Nancy prides herself on the amount of time she takes with each client, so they feel comfortable each and every step along the way, whether it be selling their home and/or buying their dream home.
