Nancy's background
In December 2009 Nancy joined Nelson Realty Group, which is one of the fastest growing real estate company in Mississippi. In 203, she was awarded The Million Dollar Producer award for the group and has continue to excel in an active real estate market. Based on client reviews and satisfaction ratings, Nancy ranks ahead of the industry. She works hard to expand her outreach in the community by being a volunteer for various organizations in the Hind County and surrounding

areas. Nancy is a member the JAR, NAR, Professional Standard Committee, and is SFR Certified. Nancy is also focus on work life balance, which appeals greatly to Nancy’s lifestyle and her passion for real estate.
Nancy was raised in Pike County and moved to Jackson 30 years ago with her family. She worked at Levi Strauss for 32 years in Human Resources, Product Integrity, Safety and Health Administrator. During her tenancy she was awarded numerous awards and served on various committees to include, Excellence Award, President Community Involvement Team, Emergency Medical Technician, Employee of the Month, and Safety Committee. Nancy is deeply rooted in the community and her involvement includes working with several investors throughout Central Mississippi. Let’s not forget her extended family of local property managers, loan officers, and fellow real estate agents. Her passion for visiting new places and traveling makes her well versed in real estate all around the world. Nancy has been to 10 countries and has always managed to look at the local real estate during her time. However, she still makes time to find new restaurants, cooking, reading, and learning new skills in technology. She feels, “Life is good!”
