About Nancy

I've lived in Vermont for my entire life, growing up in the greater Burlington area before living many years in the foothills of the Green Mountains. Appreciating the beauty of the Lake Champlain Islands & their stark contrast to the mountains, in 2008 we purchased a lake home in Grand Isle County. We became immediately drawn to the calming effect of the Islands and it was not long before we were spending most of our time here & felt that this was where we belonged. So, in 2014, we sold our Mountain home to live full time on the shore of Lake Champlain.

I began my career in Real Estate in 2001, working as a licensed real estate agent at Smugglers' Notch in Cambridge. Tired of the long commute, I left Smugglers' in 2013 and in March of 2016, began working at Coldwell Banker Islands Realty. In addition to maintaining my realtor status, I also held the position of administrator and closing coordinator. This role allowed me time to get better established, broaden my knowledge & gain familiarity with current market conditions and real estate opportunities in the Islands & the surrounding Champlain Valley.

Through my life time, one thing has always remained. My intrigue with real estate. Even as a young girl I appreciated homes. The bones, the craftsmanship, the design, the decor, the curb appeal and the style. I would peruse home magazines and scour real estate ads.

Vermont is a very special place. It delights me to be able to work with people and to focus my real estate efforts in the area that I love so much.
