Nanette Labastida

Nanette is a long time Austin resident and has been a real estate professional for 15 years, her goals are to make all aspects of the buying and selling process as informative and easy as possible, have fun along the way, and to work hard for the best outcome. Her specialty is the luxury experience for creative people, collaborating with musicians and artists to experience the best of what Austin has to offer.

Nanette’s entire reason for moving to Austin was the music. “When I was 12, my cool Aunt Libby took my brother and me out to see a bunch of bands all over town, we both swore we would get here as soon as we could” …and she did. She now lives in South Austin with her two children, two dogs and a six toed cat named Moggy. She adores the area and all it has to offer in terms of culture, music, art, family, fun, and beauty. Her passions (besides music and houses) are yoga, matcha lattes, finding amazing vegan food, blogging, Instagram, and supporting her favorite non-profits. A breast cancer survivor since 2010, a portion of all Nanette’s donates her commissions to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas, HAAM (The Health Alliance for Austin Musicians) or the SIMS Foundation to support mental health for musicians.
