Nannette has helped me multiple times between buying a condo, and then renting it out a couple different times.

On both occasions, she found a renter within days after posting it. I found this out outstanding and I was very grateful for her services

I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, sell a home, rent a home, etc. She’s outstanding on both sides of the equation buying selling, but also for a homeowner looking to run out their property. She was also really outstanding with that.

When we decided to sell our home that we had lived in for 15 years and began looking for our family’s new home, we both had feelings of excitement. Unfortunately, those feelings were immediately suppressed by so much apprehension and fear. Quite frankly we were lost about how to make it happen and it all seemed too big to us.

We reached out to Nanette and immediately we felt we had found an experienced leader who could guide us through this scary new adventure. She was like a conductor who was orchestrating all the moving parts of this process perfectly. She easily turned this into such an enjoyable and fun adventure for us. We found our dream home and sold our home within 6 days. She was a master listener and really got to know us. We could feel Nannette’s commitment to us and to helping us find our dream home. She genuinely cared and put her heart and soul into walking us through every concern or silly question. She showed so much patience as we walked through home after home after home. In the end, even our own children felt connected to her and thought she was so awesome and calming to talk to.
