Natalie in Your Neighborhood is much more than a realty company. Instead, it’s more like having a personal realty pit crew. The members work their hardest for you, each providing her own special skills. First there's the company head, Natalie Bajandas, tenacious as a Pitbull. She was more than willing to fight for us on many levels to make the sale of our house happen. Debra was always available as a comforting, reliable presence, there to answer all our questions. She genuinely felt like a close friend through the entire process. A hidden gem was the indispensable service of their gifted designer Meghan, who told us exactly how to stage our home beautifully with the objects we already owned. Whitney kept us on track at the end with countless unforeseen details, and Shanta made sure documents were signed by us in a timely manner. I first reached out to my friend Whitney who works for NIYN and said, “Friend, I need an agent who’s a mover and a shaker!” and she could not have matched me with anyone better than Tammy!! We were lucky to have randomly met Tammy at an open house earlier this year. She helped us over the next several months to look at houses (often several times), advise and give advice, and put in offers on a few houses. Natalie's level of persistence, her relentless determination, combined with stellar negotiating skills landed me a sale I couldn't have dreamed of.

Asking price? Done. Multiple offers? Done. Quick? Done. (I had the open house on Sunday and was negotiating multiple offers on Monday.) Responsive? 100%. Natalie and her team are so organized that conducting the largest financial deal of my life remotely was smooth as silk. Concierge service? Absolutely - her mantra seems to be "do whatever it takes."

What really put Natalie, and her wicked strong all-woman team, into the exceptional category was her ability to calmly guide me through a complex inspection negotiation - which resulted in me walking from the 1st offer, knowing that a second, stronger in fact, offer was in the bag. It was never about what was best for her, but what was best for me. She then guided me through that inspection including recommending electricians, roofers, etc., telling me what questions to ask, and what questions not to ask. And when I got stuck, she would step in and call the tradesman for me.

Real estate isn't simple. It's unbelievably complex. Knowing I had this level of professional in my corner, fighting for me, made me feel so reassured. I felt like there really wasn't anything Natalie wouldn't do to help me get this deal closed. Oh, and she did all this as covid-19 pandemic was rolling in.

For those who want short and to the point: NATALIE AND HER TEAM EXCEEDED EVERY POSSIBLE EXPECTATION!

Natalie is a masterful negotiator whose expert and experiential knowledge of the real estate market, along with a practical and honest approach, makes her arguably the best real estate agent in Louisville. I could stop there and that would be more than enough, but then she adds a wonderful support team full of their own individual knowledge and experience waiting and willing to help serve and guide you through the home buying and selling process. No other real estate agent offers the support Natalie does, and she does on top of bringing a pure talent and giftedness that few real estate agents have. When buying and selling a home, you are dealing with 100's of thousands of dollars, not to mention all of your dreams and memories. This is not an area to just use someone you know. You can't afford to not go with the best, and Natalie and her team is by far the best.

Here are a few details of our move:

We will be moving into our wonderful new home with only having seen 1 home, placed 1 offer, had ALL of our requests met, even had the price reduced by $7K after appraisal (all because Natalie's extremely hard work that even my mortgage broker was impressed). She then paid (at her expense) to have a professional Stager at our house. Within 2 weeks we had our home listed and within 1 open house we had multiple offers, none under asking. Through her negotiations she was able to provide us with extremely favorable terms and significantly reduced any risk to us as sellers. AND SHE WASN'T DONE YET!! Natalie then surprised us with working with my Mortgage Broker and the Buyers to provide our Closing on both homes on the same day and at the same time AND place. With both my wife and I working full-time this was a huge help! *BUT WAIT THERES MORE* Natalie's support doesn't stop when you have contracts in hand. Throughout the listing, selling and closing process I get numerous updates and informational e-mails and calls to keep me briefed and informed, allowing me to breath easy and step back and watch as all our expectations were exceeded. We are entering into closing stress free and breathing easy knowing that everything is taken care of and we have ALL the information we need.

As you can probably tell by the length of this review, I am what I like to call a "needy customer". Especially when it comes to life changing events. Natalie and her team could not have been more supportive and comforting during the entire process. I'm sure there were times I would have deserved to be told to chill out, however they only met me with understanding and patience.

I wish I could just post my number on here and tell you to call me if you're considering using Natalie, but that would be weird. Instead, just trust me, NATALIE in Your Neighborhood will amaze you!!!
