As the founder of Living Denver, Natalie Carrado possesses a sincere enthusiasm and desire for Real Estate. Since 2001 Natalie has served many clients by meeting their Mortgage and Real Estate needs. She stays ahead of the curve by providing her clients with the highest quality in customer service, technological tools, and sophisticated buying and selling techniques. She specializes in using social media to provide sellers with a comprehensive marketing package which attracts highly motivated buyers for each house. In addition, she also employs innovative techniques and strategies to assist homeowners in solidifying their dream home in the midst of a competitive market. Natalie specializes in Douglas County where she has resided since 2001. However, she also frequently serves the greater Denver-metro area with great success. Real Estate is absolutely her ‘Career Calling’ in Life.

Although Natalie loves the real estate business and serves the industry with 110% diligence, her primary passion is to be a firm believer and follower of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Natalie’s fervor to know God began in 1996 when she attended the “Passion Play of Denver.” From that moment forward, her life has never been the same! Rather, it’s been a work in progress; striving to know and understand God more while also serving the Author of her faith and His people with diligence, compassion, and love.

Natalie currently resides in Sedalia, Colorado with her two adult sons and husband Aaron, who’s the founder and Minister of Loved by Christ Homeless Ministries, Founder of SIC (Strength In Christ) Athletes, and Pastor for ONE (OneGodJesus) Ministries. Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, and boxer dogs. She also enjoys attending church, facilitating a ladies bible study, and has founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit Ministry, ShesCHERIshed.com, in honor of her late Mother (CHERI). ShesCHERIshed is a place of refuge and a safe haven for women to rest, heal, and grow. They exist to encourage women to establish spiritual, mental, and physical strength. The goal is for women to be transformed and become fully devoted followers of Christ; knowing they are a daughter of the King of Kings and set free from relational abuse. She’s redeemed. ShesCHERIshed! 10% of Natalie's real estate commission proceeds on every real estate transaction, is awarded to and supports ShesCHERIshed.

Natalie cherishes the following scripture as a guide for her life and Real Estate business: Colossians 3:23-24 “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward.
