Through the years I have gathered experience and knowledge with real estate since 2007 with buying, selling, and rehabbing properties. In 2014 I found myself in pre pre-license Real Estate class, starting my career as an official Realtor. I started off mostly with personal transactions, but quickly started helping others within my network to find investment properties and buying/selling personal homes. Seeing the highs and lows of the market, I have learned to keep an eye on the trends within the market, to think of innovative ways to stay ahead through it all. I also believe moving residences many times personally, has taught me to adapt easily and to be empathetic with my clients during their moving process.
I have used my passion for design to help others reimagine what could be. This comes naturally for me by bringing the skill set I've acquired throughout the years of buying, selling, and rehabbing, along with my zeal of interior design, and cabinetry/floor plan/layout designs. Whether it's buying foreclosures that require a lot of trouble shooting and imagination, or helping keep clients keep on track with the endless possibilities on a new construction home, I love them all. The most recent update on experience is working closely with a local property management company. This has also helped me obtain a specific understanding of cap rates and return on investment, adding another piece to my real estate IQ.
Recently moved to Mt Pleasant within Cabarrus County, I also specialize in the Mecklenburg, Rowan, and Stanly County areas. Licenced in both North and South Carolina.
