Natalie Glass, a native Houstonian and founder of Natalie Glass Properties, is passionate about real estate, and it shows! In 17 years, she successfully helped clients purchase and sell over $300M of real estate. From 2005 to 2007, Natalie managed and sold out several high-end condo conversion properties in Sugar Land and the Galleria area. From 2011 to current, she has sold out The Brownstones at City Centre, The Park at Rose Phase I, and new construction single-family homes in the Memorial / Spring Valley area. Natalie helps builders with land acquisition and determining what product line to develop, including price point, number of homes, exterior design, floor plans, and features. Her experience, let’s “make it happen” attitude, and resourcefulness help clients make informed decisions with all stages of buying and selling real estate.
