About Natalie

Natalie Roth is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, and lifelong resident of the Mohawk Valley and Southern Adirondacks. She has a passion for sharing the amenities that the area offers with clients who are new to the area, along with those already fortunate enough to live in the area and want to find a new home or sell their current home. Natalie brings 34 years of experience from the communications and customer service industry. This has given her the insight to assess client’s needs and determine how to best fulfill them. Benn Realty was founded in 1968 and Natalie took over the brokerage in 2016. With four offices in Remsen, Old Forge, Inlet and Rome, the brokerage is uniquely positioned to serve clients within a 100-mile radius. Many of Benn Realty’s clients are third generation, whose parents and grandparents have bought and sold with the brokerage. Natalie has been married for 40 years to the love of her life, Jim. They share their Kayuta Lake home with five Labrador Retrievers. As an avid lover of snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking, and motorcycling, Natalie has many opportunities to witness the beauty and splendor that surrounds the area. She shares that love of “local life” with all potential buyers, sellers, and agents.
