Natasha was so professional, personable and knowledgeable. She made us feel like we were her only clients and I can assure you we were not. We had no idea where we wanted to purchase a house and Natasha was so patient and took us to look at homes in any area that we requested. As first time home buyers, my husband and I knew we had to have the utmost trust in our realtor. Luckily we met Natasha and instantly clicked, she was understanding of our concerns and was just as excited to join us on our journey as we were to start it. She was very knowledgeable of the different areas of town and helped us navigate the crazy housing market of Denver metro. She was encouraging when we got disheartened from getting our offers rejected and never rushed us when we were unsure about a property. She advised us on how to put our best foot forward in our offers, negotiated multiple offers for us, and she celebrated with us when our offer was accepted. She helped us through the entire process from start to finish, her attention to detail helped us through the contract process and she had spot on recommendations for inspectors. We loved working with her and we plan on working with her again if we ever sell our place.

Natasha has been nothing but wonderful! Coming from out of state she helped us to gain a better understanding of the area and where we would want to potentially buy our home. She always listened to what we wanted and was never pushy, which was much appreciated. She made looking at 20+ homes in less than a weeks time a fun adventure, she was always upbeat, and made sure we were properly caffeinated. Being that we were from out of state she was so wonderful in helping us through the purchase and keeping us on track and updated through the home buying stages. We always knew we could count on her to help with any problems and answer any questions. Through this whole process she has become an extension of our family. If you are looking for a realtor Natasha is who you want, she really goes above and beyond for her clients while making it seem so effortless (I'm not sure she ever sleeps).

I would recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a house in Colorado! From the beginning of the process, she was very helpful and communicative to assist with the learning curve of a first time home buyer in a new market. Natasha Fry did an excellent job of taking care of my sister and I with the sell of our house and purchase of our new home. We are involved in some very challenging times. The country started a Covid lockdown the week our house was listed.
Natasha was ready and extremely knowledgeable with the current conditions, obstacles and adverse situations that surfaced due to Covid.
She actually made a very difficult time very smooth and easy. She has the professional integrity and honesty that everyone seeks in an agent.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! If you are looking for a realtor and are conflicted or are doing research on finding a realtor, save yourself some time and CHOOSE Natasha ! She is the BEST realtor to work with. She is knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy, experienced, very kind and friendly, and most importantly she truly knows her stuff.

She made the whole process seamless and explained anything we had questions about. There was never a time where we were confused or overwhelmed. It was a smooth ride. She is truly an amazing person and is so great at her job. She found us the PERFECT home! We literally have no complaints! We couldn't be happier with our home and the neighborhood. Our main concern was the schools for our daughter with good ratings. And we found the house in good community and above average schooling with the help of Natasha.

I can't stress this enough, just choose her to be your realtor and save yourself the time and extra research. We bought our house when Covid19 was at its peak. She made sure everytime that our family is safe because we were not allowed to take our daughter inside the house while showing. She was so helpful and showed the same house twice to me and my husband one by one because one of us had to stay with our daughter in the car.I am so glad I chose her. She made our first-time home buying purchase so enjoyable and easy!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Natasha! She was so helpful, and exceedingly patient and responsive. We had so many questions, odd requests, etc., but no matter what we asked, her response was always "no problem at all!" and taken care of expediently. During a pandemic and our first little one arriving, selling our home on a tight timeline was enough to get us really stressed out. We hired Natasha as our realtor and are very happy we did.
