Mark and Natasia did an excellent job in selling our house. We only had about 2 and half weeks to sell as the house we had just purchased was contingent on us selling our current home. They were there every step of the way for us and ultimately got the job done! Their 22 plus years of experience was very apparent as our rather complex purchase and sale was executed with as much ease as possible. We always felt peace of mind with Mark and Natasia regardless of the circumstances and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a sale and/or purchase. They're great realtors and also great people!

We’ve been looking for a house for about 2 years. Our previous realtor was unhelpful and we decided to switch to Mark and Natasia. They are amazing to work with. They have been present and checking in regularly throughout the process and were able to help us find the perfect house for us in less than 6 months (and we were very picky). They are very knowledgeable and patient, which is good because as first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying a house.

They both take a genuine interest in getting to know their buyers/sellers and work to ensure that they are working towards the goals set with their clients. Natasia and Mark did not allow a single question to go unanswered. Their calm demeanor and reassuring voice has made the process seamless. There has never been a question as to why they do the work they do. Without a doubt they care about people and will do nothing short of everything they can to ensure that their clients are taken care of; from financing to finding a home that met our needs. I cannot imagine going through this process with any other realtor. Hands down the best in the business!!

They were great told Me what I’d be able to get for my house gave me advice on Improvement’s
For a quick sale.. Needed to have house sold in 30 days and they did it !!! Got exactly what they said four house and they worked extremely hard to push things along for a 30 day close.
Couldn’t be more happier they Really came through for me and will always use them in the future..

Mark will go above and beyond to sell your house. Seems casual but don’t let that fool you as he does a lot of work behind the scenes to do everything possible a human can do to sell your house while maintaining his other listings. Our listing sold during Covid. Would recommend to even the hardest house to sell.
