Of all the real estate brokers in the area, we were extremely lucky to come across Nathalie. She is very professional and guided us on what we needed to do to sell our house (it was 36 years since we sold our previous house and needed lots of guidance). Nathalie was always super responsive to our calls, texts and voicemails. She is very knowledgable about the nuances of the brokerage business. In fact, she helped us get through some unexpected challenges presented us by the buyer. If you are looking for a broker, don’t waste your time, just contact Nathalie and you won’t be sorry!

Hooray!!! Thanks to Nathalie my fiancée and I now own an amazing home. During the entire process Nathalie was patient with us and always took into account the things we were looking for in a home down to the minor details. We worked with Nathalie Sessoms on the sale of our home. She advised us on what work we needed to do prepare it for sale and how to stage it for pictures. We discussed an appropriate asking price. We listed our home on a Monday and had multiple offers, almost all above asking price, by Saturday. Nathalie continued to work closely with us as our sale continued throughout the process, including small hiccups that we encountered. Our closing went very smoothly. It started out April of this year where I met Nathalie after several conversations with her on the phone I found her not to be a phony. She is very knowledgeable and intelligent in the real estate business when I advised her I was going to save more money so i can make an offer she continued to stay in contact with me until I achieve my goal of my finances then on June 24th I gave Nathalie a phone call that I was looking for property to purchase during the process some of the homes that I inquired about had offers but she continue to stick with me and help me search for the right place especially during the pandemic it was very difficult i evently found the the right place while going through the process with the bank, which the bank was stonewalling me Nathalie stuck buy me defending me and helped me through the process by getting documents done which the bank didn't do she went all out her way to make sure that I had all I needed to close on the loan she will respond to you right away whether its an email, text messages Etc she's a very good human being doesn't look at you for what you are but accept you for who you are and work with you not based off race color creed income Etc she's one of the best people I've ever worked with and now I recommend anyone who's looking for a home and they need someone to represent them Nathalie is the person she never once tried to force me to look at a home that I didn't want also she did not try to force me to use other Finance methods other than what I wanted to use take my advice she is the best agent out there trust me!
