Nathan Pugsley

Nate started the Brighton companies in 2010. With more than 25 years of real estate development experience, Nate also worked for Woodside Homes in California and Utah developing more than 15 large master planned communities, one of which was Foxboro in North Salt Lake (2,400 homes). Nate focuses his attention on business development, finance, and company leadership - where Brighton has developed or is developing over 60 successful residential and commercial projects along the Wasatch Front. Nate has also been involved in the community as a homebuilders association board member, South Davis Recreation Board Member, and service missionary. Nate is fluent in Spanish.
