About Nathan

Born and raised in Asheville, Nathan has spent over 30 years in the mountains of North Carolina. Years spent living abroad in Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Ecuador gave Nathan an international perspective and new insight into his mountain home. Always motivated to help others, Nathan returned home to teach in public schools in Asheville and Hendersonville before a long career in craft beer. Designing and building a house of his own ignited a new passion for real estate, and a side business operating short and long term rentals. This experience provided hands on experience and motivation to earn a real estate license. Now a full time realtor, Nathan serves clients with a locals understanding of the area along with tremendous enthusiasm, problem solving skills, creativity, and laid back humor. With a wife, two young children, and two giant dogs at home, there is not much down time in Nathan’s schedule. But when there is, he fills it with hiking in the mountains and golf with friends.
