Born and raised in Oxford, North Carolina, Nathan Watson brings a real southern way of doing business to Northern Point Realty. Nathan grew up as a son of two tobacco farming families, learning the value of a hard day’s work at an early age. Learning business from his grandfather, he believes in doing business in a more traditional sense where a handshake and your word is what holds the bond of business deals. He places great emphasis on providing our clients with sound and reliable real estate advice.
His goal is to serve the clients with integrity and respect, maximizing their real estate experience with his core premise of treating others like he would want to be treated. As a business analyst, project manager, and facilities supervisor for over the last 12 years for a multi-billion-dollar company, Nathan has a multitude of valuable insights for undeveloped and developed properties alike. When not serving clients, Nathan spends most of his time with his beautiful family and fishing almost any water on the globe.
