Nathaniel Larson

My real estate career began in 2010 on Fire Island, where I grew up year-round. My parents have been in the real estate business for over 35 years and own Larson Realty in the town of Saltaire. Their business became my passion when I began handling seasonal summer rentals and assisting in sales. I have had an appreciation for fine homes and the intricacies of real estate since I was young. My father is a general contractor in Saltaire and is one of the more renowned builders on the island. I found that his attention to detail, as well as his honesty with everyone, set him apart from other contractors. Over the years, I’ve adopted his practices into my own professional career. From working alongside my father building homes and delving into other fields of construction over the course of my career, I have developed skills that set me apart from other realtors. I have a long history of working in customer service industries, from food service to sales, and I can honestly say that nothing makes me happier than making others happy. Providing value to my clients, wherever it's needed, is what drives me. My passion for real estate, construction, and working with people is why I love what I do.
