We came across our dream house totally unprepared: no agent to work with, no cash to close, no pre-approval yet, etc. However, with her touch of magic, honesty, fairness, dedication, professionalism, thoughtfulness and experience, things went well. Nawal contacted me promptly after I had reached out to her agency while searching for a home to lease. I told her what we were looking for and she immediately got to work screening properties for us.
