Neal and his team have sold 2 houses for me and have represented me for another that was a purchase. What can I say, they are great! The first house I sold was a very difficult transaction, but Neal found us a buyer, and we were able to move a difficult property at a difficult time in the market. The second house I sold was only on the market for 9 days before Neal found us a all cash, zero contingency, no inspection, no appraisal, 21 day escrow buyer, I mean really how sweet is that in today's difficult lending landscape? How many escrows fall through once they hit the underwriter? Having a buyer like that allowed us to purchase our new home with no contingencies or risk that one transaction would impact the other. When it did come time to purchase, lets just say that the house we wanted was not attached to the sellers that we had hoped for. They were out of state and they had the house listed as a rental for the last 2 years. The sellers were out of touch as to what the house was worth, did not want to make any necessary repairs, generally uncooperative. Enter Jenn Wilder, Neal's buying agent, WOW is all I can say! She was OUTSTANDING! She was all over this deal like white on rice, she never stopped working the deal until the sellers conceded to what needed to be done. From the first showing until several weeks after we closed escrow she was always inquiring to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of and that we were happy. All in all Neal and his team are phenomenal.

In an effort to sell my mothers home I went looking for an agent who knew the area, market and could get it done. Everyone I spoke with including other agents from other states recommended Neal. I never did get to meet Neal, but the house never hit the MLS. He sold it above asking on the first day, first showing. From that day it was about 3 weeks for closing, everyone left happy, the process was easy, well scripted and painless. Could not have been a better experience.

From the very first night we spoke with Jenn Wilder on the phone, she has been nothing but friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She's an extremely upbeat person who truly loves her job, which is almost always a sure sign of a person who's great at her job. She told us early on that she's always working and from our experience, I believe that's true! I'm pretty sure that she and Neal sleep in shifts, because whenever we had a question or a problem, one of them was always available with the answer we needed. There were a lot of unforeseen obstacles on both ends of our transaction, which were handled efficiently and professionally. They also helped us get the best price in the neighborhood when we sold our home and negotiate the best deal possible when we bought our new home.
