Ned Rennolds

Ned was born in Silver Spring, MD. In 2005 he relocated to Richmond to attend VCU and be closer to extended family. Until recently his education and work experience had been focused on the construction industry. In 2014 he decided to make the transfer to real estate. He joined Virginia Capital Realty to work in the REO (bank owned/foreclosed properties) department. This was a great experience because these properties are an important part of the real estate marketplace. Now as a Realtor, Ned is eager to learn more and help people to see their real estate goals come to fruition, whether it be with the traditional home buyer, sellers, or investors. He feels that as an investment real estate is more popular than ever for good reason since it can be something tangible and within driving distance.

Ned enjoys playing with his dog, Bennett. His favorite hobbies include wakeboarding, making furniture (using concrete, metal, wood, and other materials), traveling, trying new foods, real estate, and photography/videography using his flying camera!
