At the start of the pandemic , we were under contract to buy a house. We decided to pullout of the deal. She got our earnest money back. She was very cordial about all of this. In 2021, we decided to stick with her when purchasing and selling our house. Even during the sellers market, we were able to buy the house below the asking price. We wanted a fresh paint on the interior. We also wanted to put wood floor on the top floor. She gave us their contact information and we completed both projects.
Our house was affordable house. So, she had to deal not only with the buyer but also city official.

I wanted to take a few moments and say how impressed I am with Neelam Shrestha.

I have been in the banking business for over 30 years and met 1000's of realtors and I have to say one of the main things lacking in the industry is communication.

Well, that is not the case with Neelam, and wow does she get involved and stay involved and that is a big plus with helping a client out with the largest purchase of their life.

A lot of realtors hand the contract to a loan officer and say "let me know when it's done" ...... Not Neelam.

She says " has the client sent you what they need or what's missing and how can I help and she moves mountains and is a partner to the lending side and more so, she is just so proactive in getting to the finish line.

Again, I have been a lender for a long time and the Neelams are few and far between, and if you can't tell, I can't say enough and I am impressed.

I have bought twice with Neelam.

First was a wonderful 4000 sq ft house in a super
great location, which my wife thought we
could not afford. But after many , many houses,
Neelam and I looked at, Neelam and I know,
this is the one!

Neelam got us to offer a lower amount,
and help guided us through the mortage
process. We lived there for 10 great years.

Last year again we went to Neelam.
This time we wanted to downsize to a condo.
We quickly found the one for us, a 3 bedroom
condo with a great location for our present needs.

Neelam is our agent.
She listens, she asks great effective questions,
she is patient, she has good connections to get
things done. She is trustworthy.

But the bottom line for me, she gets me
happy with good satifisfaction of:
1. The hunting process
2. Closing quickly
3. Being happy at closing as well as years later,
with excellent investment and happy living.

With our homes being our biggest purchases,
and affecting our life-style, we do not mess around.

We live with smiles happily.

When we got our first home, we really had no time to hunt for realtors. We were recommended Neelam by one of our friends and it turned out to be a great decision. Neelam was such a delight to work with. She would patiently listen to our concerns and answer our questions elaborately. We were first time home buyers and so basically, pretty ignorant about many things. But, Neelam really minimized the level of stress that is associated with buying your first home. She is prompt, professional, and skilled. She will help you make the best decisions and get you the best deal.
