Neetu has been an exceptional agent. This is not my first purchase but I never got such support and guidance from any agent before. She places the client's benefits and satisfaction before anything else.

She helped me to choose the right property putting the pros and cons on the table which helped me to make the call. There had been instances where I tried to rush to place the offer but she clearly brought out the cons of the property, making sure she was not trying to push me and finally I understood her point which could have impacted the future appraisal of the property .

We started our home search in 2021 and Neetu did an excellent job through all the phases from finding homes through closing. She promptly followed up with the builders in scheduling appointments and finding time that worked for us. We finally selected a new construction home. During the whole process that lasted more than 6 months, Neetu and her team helped the builders prioritize and align on our needs even though there was resistance from the builder on some issues. Furthermore, she along with her team continues to follow up and represent issues that have come up after the handover to ensure that we get a finished home. Neetu is the best agent you can work with. Simply THE BEST. She owns the entire process end to end and is there to guide you at every step: she 1st understood our needs, then explained the market trends, helped us understand what is in our budget/what areas to focus on and then she and her team got fully immersed in the process. She is very very patient and owns the process more than you yourself, and does so very systematically, ethically and professionally.
During the whole process there were some hiccups (not because of her) where she didnt need to help/wasn't obligated to, but she just went above and beyond her call our duty, and she did this more than twice showing that saying 'this isnt my job' isnt her style. I reached out to Neetu based on her excellent reviews on Google and after my first conversation over phone I was convinced that she would be the right buyer’s agent for us. We had several questions about the home buying process and Neetu patiently answered all of them and helped us better understand the overall process. She also has good knowledge about schools in the area. Neetu and her team also had excellent communication with us throughout the process. Even though Neetu and her team were working with multiple clients, she was able to provide us personalized attention and promptly catered to all our questions and touring requests. Neetu was recommended to us from a very good colleague at work. We were first time homebuyers during the crazy Covid market and Neetu was nothing but informative and patient with our never ending list of questions. She kept an open communication channel and had an amazing turnaround time. Neetu is unique in the sense she is very proactive and diligent by doing all the background work on the potential listing beforehand and is ready with the answers even before you come up with the questions. I sent her links to homes that i had loved (from recent sales on zillow/ redfin) even if they were no longer available on the market. She was able to quickly understand our taste and requirements using those as samples. Also Neetu was very knowledgeable and honest about the houses we viewed. There were times when we wanted to make an offer though our hearts were not fully convinced (as we had a timer -our parents were soon visiting from India) and it was Neetu who advised us to wait for the right home and not make haste. She is always looking out for her client's interest which is what i absolutely loved about her !! To further add, she moves at lightning speed and is very detailed oriented. We viewed less than 7 homes in 11 days and bid on 2, and got lucky on the second one (a beautiful gem in Bothell) thanks to her negotiation skills and frequent communication with all the stakeholders (seller agent, appraiser, lender etc)

I decided to work with Neetu after my Lending Agent recommended her. I was undecided earlier and was contemplating using an agent that 2 of my friends used earlier but for some reason decided otherwise and went with the Lending Agent's advice and agreed to proceed to work with Neetu and thank god I did that, one of the best decision I took. She is one of the most prompt person I worked with, Not only it was a smooth exp buying the house with her as she was never pushy about it like some other people and respected by boundaries, aggressively followed up with listing agent, convinced her to sell the property to us, followed up with lending Agent and we closed in a record time of 15 days and even now she is helping with Handy man and other basic things, guiding us throughout the process. Cherry on top of the cake, she took care of Closing cost. Oh and Did I mentioned, she also bought additional home warranty for us from Fidelity on her own. We started our house search 6 months ago. Neetu was referred to me by my close friend and I took the lead. From that point of time to the closing date of our home, Neetu was a part of our house search and she guided us through every aspect of it. She has excellent local knowledge, commendable patience and trustworthy opinions. There were times when I requested Neetu to visit a home to which we could not go - that was the amount of trust we had on her frank opinions. Not a single time, has she enforced us to buy a property. She always made sure that we were comfortable and never pressurized us to make hasty decisions. Even while placing offers on homes, she took our concerns very seriously - let it be placing contingencies like inspections, finance etc. She always kept us in loop for communication and was always a phone call away to hear our questions, comments, concerns and even the most silliest of the doubts - yes, she acknowledges and addresses a first time home buyer's anxiety as well. She has a great circle of civil contractors and handy men, should you need them. The last but NOT the least, she is a terrific negotiator. She has the ability to convince the seller agent to some genuine requests. Let it be a one day home inspection, early close etc. Along with her, we wrote a genuine letter to the seller for a home, which surely impressed the other party :-). We would be greatly indebted to her for assisting us in buying our dream home.

Neetu was recommended to us by our close friends who purchased their home with her help last year.  After listening to them talking several times about the awesomeness of their agent when they talked about their purchase, we requested for Neetu's contact details when we decided to buy a house ourselves.
We called Neetu on 04/04/2020, she spent more than an hour patiently educating us about the process and the steps involved, and created a Whatsapp group for quick communication.  She also explained the changes in housing market due to COVID, and guided us where to compromise and where to be aggressive along the process.Over the week, we shared several houses that we liked on Redfin.  Every time, almost immediately, Neetu shared whatever information she had on each of those properties and helped us understand the pros and cons of buying the houses we posted.  She acquired the inspection reports for some of these houses when they were available.  Neetu scheduled walk-in appointments for three of those houses for 04/11/2020.  During the walk-in, Neetu pointed out what was good about each of those houses, and what were the drawbacks.  We saw her expertise when she was able to call out the seller's bluffs in their advertisement on a particular house.
As we decided on a house, over the next two days, Neetu helped us negotiate the price with the selling agent and brought down the price by ~$19K.  We got the mutual on 04/13, Neetu smartly convinced the sellers to agree to 05/15 for the closing date as we needed time to sort out our mortgage and home insurance options.  Neetu further negotiated with the sellers on our behalf to get some compensation for very minor repairs found during our inspection.   She also helped us keep some of the furniture we liked from the previous owners.
She was very professional and tactful through and through.  We thoroughly endorse Neetu for anybody looking for houses.

Neetu knows the market very well and is eager to share her personal experiences about Sammamish and Greater Seattle Area to make the home buying experience more seamless. She knows all facets of the process and keeps the buyer's best interests in her sights. Sammamish housing market is very competitive/seller friendly where most of the homes are sold within few days of their listing. Striking a deal in such a competitive market is extremely challenging with lot of competing offers and setting an appropriate offer with rigorous follow ups with listing agent is the most crucial thing. Neetu has done a commendable job and helped us striking a deal on the very same day when the home was listed in the market.

Fortunately, I met Neetu by accident. I was late and had no pre-appointment but Neetu allowed me to walk through the house and addressed additional queries. I kept in touch with her since then and it was a great pleasure to know her and eventually close the house purchase deal, with her as the buyer’s Agent.
