About Neil

Raised and educated in Switzerland, the U.K. and the U.S., Neil began his career at the United States Department of State, Washington, DC. From there he launched SCAN Development an international new business development and strategic marketing company for a number of international publishing clients. In 1995, Neil launched Neil Charles Real Estate Inc., focusing on residential, commercial and investment real estate in New York’s Hudson Valley & Litchfield Counties. In 2010, Neil launched Wall and Rah LLC, an online art gallery with a bricks and mortar gallery location at 24 Front Street, Millbrook New York. Neil attended Le Rosey (Switzerland) and Rugby (UK), the University of London and New York University. Neil is fluent in French and Spanish. He lives with his wife and daughter in Sharon, CT.
