There aren't enough kind words to say about Neil VerHagen.
My father got sick and passed away suddenly. I was put in the position of having to sell family home that my parents built in the 1970's.

Neil helped me with everything, I couldn't have done it without him. I had never sold a house before. Grief and illness took over me. He showed the most compassion and worked at my pace. Neil was able to get the house sold in one week.

He also found an apartment for my daughter.

He went above and beyond for me and I would recommend him over and over.

We weren’t working with an Agent when we started the house search process. I ran into Neil at an open house he was hosting and I knew he was who we wanted to work with. He was extremely approachable, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. At the time of our house search our family life was extremely crazy and he was so patient with us. The more we worked together I knew our family could trust him and I think that is the most important thing to have during the home buying process…trust. I now consider him a family friend and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Neil sold 2 commercial and 1 residential property of mine in the western chicago suburbs . Two went reasonably quick at and near asking prices. The third was a piece I attempted to sell thru several other firms for two years with minimal traffic and no offers. Neil was able to bring a critcal tenant into the property which made it attractive enough to an investor who bought the property. Of his many excllent qualities I sensed the one that set him apart from others I worked with was "connected".

This is the second time we’ve used Neil to sell our home, which says a lot. He uses every available platform to help sell your home. He’s easy to work with, is forthright, and of high integrity. I could always reach him via text, email, or phone, within a reasonable time frame. If he didn’t have an immediate answer to a question, he would provide one quickly.

If we had stayed in the area, we would certainly use him again to help sell our home, when the time comes.
