Nellie was an AMAZING partner in our house selling journey. She gave us a lot of proactive advice that was well received by the market. She gently pushed us into making some very high ROE decisions, and guided us away from unnecessary expenses. She was very friendly and responsive to us as first time house sellers and timed our sale to get multiple offers - we sold over asking. I would absolutely work with Nellie again and recommend anyone to talk to her before selling a house.

Nellie represented us for the sale of our home and the purchase of a condo at the same time. We were able to do both within a two-month window which was important to us. Nellie is a knowledgeable, detail-oriented realtor whose experience was invaluable throughout the process. She knew what to look for when showing us potential homes, as well as, the things to do to prepare our home for selling. She has many connections and resources to assist with inspections and contractors for repairs or updates, if needed. Nellie was a joy to work with as we traversed the complexities of home purchase and sale. Due to her amiable personality, she worked well with professionals, such as, realtors, inspectors and appraisers, while obtaining optimal results for us. Nellie is 5 stars. She is so knowledgeable on the market, the area, everything. While doing the walk through, she picked up on things that I did not. Two sets of eyes and she's looking out for you. Nellie was a tremendous help in buying my house. Walking me through the process. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Also, I am going to use her to sell some lots I have because I know she'll get the best price!!!

From the beginning Nellie was patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She would contact me the minute properties hit the market so we could schedule appointments to view right away. Once I settled on a property, she was patient walking me through the buying process, explaining all the details and answering my questions. Even after closing, she has been available to me for questions and concerns I've had regarding my home. She's such a professional! I would (and will) use her again for all my real estate needs!

She also provides great input to help you in your home selection and making sure you consider the purchase from all angles. Nellie Masturzo, our agent, along with Seth Task and his team provided the expertise and guidance that made the entire process of selling our home stress free and an actual pleasure. Our situation involved five siblings all involved in the sale of our parents' home of forty years. Nellie handled the challenge of coordinating with five siblings with tact and patience. She was not only immediately responsive, but also, proactive in anticipating needs and providing a step-by-step plan. Nellie was delightful to work with and always happy to answer questions and confer by phone or meet. There were challenges presented due to the fact that the home used a well system and was situated on five acres with a pond. Nellie is the absolute best person you could reach out to about buying a home. She was on top of listings before or as they came onto the market and setting up appointments as soon as she possibly could for us. At each tour, she gave us a thorough and honest rundown of the home and walked us through the Pros and Cons. She didn't stop looking until she found the home for us and we couldn't be happier!
Throughout the buying process, she ensured that we knew exactly what we were getting into and gave us a breakdown of each contract or agreement we signed. Whenever we were confused or had questions, Nellie made sure we had a complete answer, no matter if she had to ask the seller, lender, or any other party. Nellie is the best EVER! She was so patient and kind during my house-hunting-I think I dragged her through at least 20 houses before finally finding my wonderful home! Through all of it, she listened to what I was looking for and always came through with different options that fit the bill! And when it came to close, she went to bat for me and got me the best deal. I was so impressed, I had my Dad use her to sell own of his properties.
