Wow, where do I begin. A year before deciding to sell my house, Nello continued to follow-up with me and checked in regularly; this was the first sign that I wanted to work with him. After deciding to sell my house in Liverpool the fun began. Nello practically held my hand through the entire process from start to finish. Identifying a price, sourcing vendors (roofing/cleaning/attorney/photography), staging advice and meeting vendors at the home on a few occasions since I relocated across the country. He even cleaned out the fridge last minute prior to a final walk through! Nello is a real team player and pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer Nello took the time to understand what I was looking for. He was phenomenal in not only his strategy during the current market but his delivery of houses to show were right in par with what I was looking for. He was very patient with me when I would want to see a couple of different houses and was very timely and prompt with his response time.
