As the daughter of parents who immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico and Peru, pursuing the American Dream has always been a part of her upbringing. She watched in awe as her parents’ bought property and became landlords and business owners. After college, Nelly began her professional career in the mortgage sector, a field she credits with inspiring her love of real estate. Since earning her license in 2002, it's been Nelly's goal to help others achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Her exceptional breadth of experience includes serving buyers, sellers, first-timers, investors, and veterans seeking single-family homes, co-ops, condos, foreclosure properties and multi-family properties. She excels at helping buyers prepare for the mortgage qualification process, and she treats each client's goals as if they were her own.

Born and raised in Rye, Nelly earned a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from NYU, making her the first in her family to graduate from college. Since 2006, Nelly has lived in New Rochelle. She loves spending time with her husband and their young daughter, Latin ballroom dancing and traveling when she can. Nelly is an avid supporter of St. Jude's Children's Hospital, St. Jude’s Shrine and Food for the Poor.
