Nely is an absolutely amazing, hardworking and talented person and real estate agent. She has an incredibly warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her vast real estate experience, she made my husband and I feel comfortable, confident and excited about the biggest purchase of our lives!

Her knowledge is unsurpassed in her field and she provided us with an amazing team of people by giving us recommendations from attorneys, home inspectors, lenders, and trades people. All of the people she recommended to us were absolutely wonderful as well.

She has the ability to take an insanely stressful situation and put you at ease because you know your in good hands with Nely and Tatiyana!

Nely will also take the most beautiful pictures of your current home as she has her degree in photography!

My husband and I were absolutely delighted by her knowledge, prompt communication and her general care and concern for looking out for our best interests! We hit a few snags along the way with the selling of our home and she was able to communicate effectively with all parties and she is a fantastic negotiator!
