About Nev

I grew up in a construction related family in Plano, Tx and spent my weekends on Lake Texoma. I worked in the counter top industry for over 20 years and owned a remodeling company as well. My real estate career started as an Office Manager in a local real estate brokerage which gave me the experience to work with many agents, mortgage companies, title companies, contractors and clients. After I got my real estate license, I started doing compliance for other agents in our office. This was an amazing opportunity to see all types of transactions such as residential, commercial, farm/ranch and vacant land. The life and work experiences I have had, I believe, have made me a better REALTOR®. I obtained the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) certification in 2017. In 2020, I obtained the SFR designation in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I love to work with first time home buyers to teach them about the process while looking out for their best interest. I have created a process for Sellers that not only gets Clients ready to sell, but takes advantage of multiple platforms to market the property. I have a team of expert photographers, stagers and contractors to help Sellers get homes sold quickly. Investors are always fun! Helping Investors is where I can use my analytical specialties. When Investors look for flips, I look at trends to find good deals, even in today's crazy market. Watching Investors take a home from distressed to beautiful and marketing it to get sold at top dollar is so rewarding. I have great relationships with other Agents and Lenders to create a smooth transaction process.
