From a great (super responsive) lender, to a home inspector, to a plumber, to all the best local restaurants - Nia knows the pros. 110% recommend buying/selling with Nia, she absolutely advocates for her clients best interest.

Nia was absolutely the person I was looking for in this market with a tight budget.

She was incredibly hard working and understood the intricacies of buying a house that were over my head, as home purchasing is not a field I’m confident in navigating

If I saw something I liked — she was ready in a moments notice to show it me. I would not have found and been able to afford the home I’m lucky to have if it was not for her hard work and smarts. Highest recommendation!

Loved working with Nia to buy our house! She explained every single step of the process with us since it was our first home. Nia worked around our work schedules, kept in communication about everything as it happened, and was always open to answer any questions we had. She was super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for all of the additional companies we would need to work with (inspectors, mortgage, etc) without being pushy. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor (and will definitely use her for any of our future needs). I wish I could give her more stars for making the purchase of our first home stress free!

Nia was a joy to work with & made the house buying process much easier than I was afraid it would be; she holds a huge amount of both local knowledge and general real estate expertise and shared it all in a relatable way that was easy for a first time homebuyer to digest.

One hopes housebuying doesn't occur too often but if it does I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

I had a duplex for rent with another agent for almost two years, and I don't think we had any showings of the property. Nia came along and within a MONTH we had a buyer and everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend her.
