Nic Garcia is an excellent realtor. He is very dependable, trustworthy, transparent and most importantly punctual to the minute. I used to joke to him that one can adjust clock by his timings. He has shown me numerous houses before the current one was finalized. He always checked out the houses, gave me the pros and cons and let me make my decision, meanwhile studying me a customer as to what I want in my dream home. Neven once did he push me to buy a house or show any signs of impatience. Even when I was getting frustrated with the process, he used to reassure me saying, it will take a few house visits for you to understand what you like a dislike and it's part of the process. Once the current home was finalized, he was with me every step of the way to make the closing as smooth as possible. I could never have had a better realtor. I wish Nic the very best in his career as a realtor as he is very committed to his customers and always goes that extra mile to make your life easier. Nic is a fantastic agent. He always had our best interest in mind. He was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions we had - no matter how dumb!! His calm demeanor is perfect for his job; no matter how frazzled we were, he was unflappable. I’ve never had a better experience with a realtor. He is the real deal.
