I've had Nicci as my realtor twice now and both times, she was wonderful!! She always looks out for her clients best interests and is always there when you need her for any questions or concerns! The market has been tough, and she worked hard to get us into the home we wanted! I would very highly recommend Nicci! I will also use her again (if we ever move again!) and refer her to family and friends in a heartbeat!

Nicci was a joy to work with. Not only was she as efficient as possible, she answered any and all questions I had any time or day! In order to be expeditious, she even completed the documented proposal while in an airport on a two-hour lay-over on her way to a family funeral in Texas!! Because I did all of my negotiations from out-of -state, having only met Nicci via text, she established trust with me with her professionalism and personalized responses to my requests. After meeting Nicci, I knew I had chosen the right and perfect agent for my needs. I highly recommend her!

From that first house tour, to the closing, and all the times in between, Nicci was there to answer my questions and show me around the various neighborhoods of St a Louis. Nicci was our sellers agent and she was very professional and extremely accommodating and worked with our agent every step of the way. Even after our home was closed on she came over and hand delivered extra house keys and came and helped set up our ring camera.

I have sat with friends and family members while they spoke with their realtors. They talked like used car salesmen, very fast and in a hurry to get to the point. When I first met with Nicci Fears I was expecting the same thing. Instead I got a warm smile along with calm tone and mannerisms. The first thing she wanted to know was "about me". " When we decided to start looking for a house, we knew we needed someone who would listen to our wants and needs and someone we could trust. We found Nicci Fears and were impressed from the get go. She sat us down and we made a list of what we wanted and we ended up finding the perfect house for us with all of the wants met. Nicci took time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had, even if they were small or seemed unimportant she answered them all and if she couldn't, found someone who could. She went above and beyond when looking at the house making sure it was safe to move into and there were no foundation issues. She never let us settle on a house, she continued to remind us our forever home was out there and we would find it. Our house sold so quickly (by Nicci as well who made that process so easy as well!!) and we were moving a family of 6 into our in laws basement, we were scared and starting to lessen our wants because we were afraid we were going to end up in the basement forever! Nicci assured us it was going to happen and sure enough about a week later it did!
