Niccole Welch is an Idaho native, born and raised in Emmett, Idaho. Niccole and her husband Codey have 4 children and have always had a special connection with and enjoy the small town warmth of Emmett. Niccole has lived in the Treasure Valley her entire life, enabling her to serve as a local real estate expert.

Niccole Welch is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She excels at her work. I have bought twice with her and sold once with her. She really knows her stuff. If you are selling she will get you the highest price you can get, if you are buying she will get you the best deal anyone could. And she really cares!!!
