Excellent Service! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Provided excellent advice on afordable home improvements to help me get the best price for my home. He even went by my home after I had moved out of the state to take care of odds and ends on the property. Nick ane his assistant Victoria are the best ! They go above and beyond. Nick and his staff made my home selling process a positive memorable life experience! These days it is hard to find good customer service. Well when I found Nick, I found a diamond in the ruff! He turned my home selling experience into an effortless, stress-free process. I cannot say enough positive words about him and his team. But to say the least, he was professional, prompt, courteous, attentive, and worked aggressively to get me the best deal in today's market. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose him again and I would also recommend him to my family and closest friends. Thanks again Nick!

Yuriy Voznyy at Fathom Realty in Odenton by far exceeded my expectations as a first time home buyer. He is highly professional and organized but still has a way of making you feel like family. Yuriy was extremely helpful from our first interaction and throughout the entire home buying process to closing. I am forever grateful, not only for his market knowledge and helping me understand the home buying process, but for finding me a home before my baby is due next month.
