We used Nick to purchase our dream home recently and couldn't be happier with his services. Let's talk communication... HOLY COW, the guy can be reached anytime and is always on top of the current situation. Due to the market we toured a large number of homes and not one complaint or snarky comment (which we received in the past from previous realtors). He was ready and willing for every showing. They say “don’t mix friends and business” which is very true in most cases, but not here. I’ve known Nick for many years and he did not disappoint, he treated us with just as much drive as he would any client. We were struggling for almost a year to secure a home in the 2021/2022 market and after swapping to Nick we were under contract in no time, now living in the perfect place for our family and little ones - safe outside of the city! He will do what it takes to make it possible in an “impossible” market.

The experience of being a first time home buyer was a bit intimidating but Nick was very patient with us throughout the whole process. He walked us through every detail and even gave us recommendations for our home insurance. Whenever we wanted to see a house, Nick made the effort to get us over there as soon as possible. Nick makes things happen. I was working on the road, away from my pregnant wife and daughter, only able to house hunt via links sent by Nick. After doing multiple walk throughs with my wife, showing her all the potential houses in our budget, he locked up the one we wanted most. Although there were 11 other offers and a small window to secure the deal with the booming market during the pandemic, Nick made it possible for me to raise my growing family in the home of our dreams. My wife and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the work Nick put into making it a smooth and easy process from beginning to end. 10/10 would recommend!

I used Nick on the sale of my home in Delran and it couldn’t have been a more positive experience. We came up with a strategy on how we wanted to price and market the home. Within 1 week we were under contract. Nick did a great job scheduling open houses and showings around my schedule, so that it didn’t interfere with my day to day activities. Also, he did the little things, like make sure my smoke detectors were up to code. I would highly recommend using Nick and NRE if you are buying/selling a home.

Nick walked me thur the process of purchasing a home. No questions were silly questions. If he didn’t know the answer he got the answers for me in a prompt period of time. Very professional. Nick is a go getter and on top of the whole process of buying a house. I highly recommend Nick. Even after I went to settlement Nick got all the junk the previous owners left behind.
