As a Real Estate Agent with the Tyler Goff Group, Nicholas Blau works with his clients to help them sell their homes with minimal stress and maximum profit. Home is where life happens. It’s a place with friends and family, and a place to make your own. Whether leaving home, coming home or missing home, it’s the most important place in many people’s lives. This sentiment is what has driven Nicholas into property management and real estate. He grew up in a small rural town in Iowa and attended Iowa State University where obtaining his degree in hotel and restaurant management. After graduation, Nicholas spent 19 years working in hotel management and property management before real estate. When he is not working real estate, he is passionate about giving his time to my church, non-profit and school organizations, and spending time with his wife Ashley and his 7 kids, Elise, Jay, Jeshuah, Jack, Eliana, Jubilee, and Adoniah. Nicholas loves to participate in the kids' different activities, particularly coaching little league baseball. There is no shortage of opportunities for him to serve! He enjoys working on projects around the house and taking his family fishing and camping. He is also a diehard fan of the Minnesota Vikings and ISU Cyclones in basketball and football.
