When selling our family home - I interviewed a number of Real Estate Agents once the Real Estate Market reopened due to COVID. Nick Campasano stood out from all the rest. He prepared a portfolio of home sales in the area, charts and spread sheets of current events in the real estate market. He sat down with our family and answered all our questions and concerns and how we could proceed with the sale of the home. Always a phone call, email or text away whether it was with our family or our attorney. All were handled with an immediate response and in a very professional manner. Nick kept us apprised with daily updates during the sale (which happened within 3 days after pictures of the home were posted on the web). Everyone I talk to said home buying would be a lengthy and painful process. After we contacted Nick, he presented us with a lot of great homes and was very patient and extremely professional in dealing with us. He was never pushy or ever in a rush to leave us to go somewhere else. He made this process a cakewalk as he was always there to answer any questions we had (and we had a LOT of those since this is our first home). I will recommend him to everyone looking to buy a house, especially if you don't want to deal with any pushy sales tactics or annoying people.
