Nick bought his first home in 2015, at which point he realized a passion for real estate. He is dedicated to helping others make informed, confident decisions and facilitates this through honest communication, keeping up-to-date with market info, and utilizing technological advancements in the industry. Nick is very driven, personable, and ready to bring the highest satisfaction to his clients. He has strong knowledge of available mortgage programs and other opportunities available to buyers, as well as an expansive network of the area's top industry professionals from contractors and lenders to title companies, home inspectors, attorneys, interior designers, and more. He prides himself on his strong negotiating skills, and wants his clients to know that he is always available to help them achieve their goals.
A full-time, independent agent, Nick is also currently manning a position working directly with his Broker and CEO Chris Somers, who is a Remax Hall of Fame agent. Under Chris, Nick is gaining experience and tutlage from one of the industry's most innovative, reputable, and progressive real estate professionals. In his spare time, Nick is involved in a fostering program at the PSPCA and volunteers with the Chenoa Manor Farm Sanctuary.
