Always there to answer your questions
Nick is a people person. He is patient and perceptive. When selling my home I really didn't grasp all the ins and outs of what the sale entailed for me the homeowner. Nick's knowlege helped me understand the whys of the steps needed before we got to close. Nick listens and explains. I highly recommend Nick and David DePaola Agency. My townhome sold within 3 days.
