Nicholas was the consummate realtor. He made the challenging process of selling a home seem easy. He was always available to answer questions and provide updates. He worked hard to bring the right buyers and went out of his way to get the job done. When buying or selling a home he would absolutely be the first person I would call or recommend.

Nick McMillan and Anthony Tompkins of Hire Realty proved to be unfailingly accessible, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and respectful during the process of listing and selling of our home.

We approached them initially regarding the potential logistics and timing of selling our home of 45 years, IF we decided to list and downsize. We were amazed at their patience with us and the lack of pressure when we were deliberating our future. We needed time and the road to that decision took us quite a few months, but we were constantly impressed with their patience and their attitude that only we could decide what was right for us. Not once did we feel pressured into making any decision with which we were not completely ready or comfortable. At the same time, once we decided to list our home they were extremely aggressive in marketing and protecting our rights and interests.

At that time when we decided to list, our situation was certainly not a simple one - selling, buying, making finances work. However, from listing to closing they advised and tutored us as if we were family. The process became simple. Their photographer was excellent. Their advice, incites, and extensive knowledge were invaluable to us. We came to feel that the honesty and advice that we received not only helped us but also always had our best interests in mind.

At times we are somewhat cynical regarding realtors, but Hire Realty has changed our attitude to one of genuine trust. We came to sense and value their honesty, responsiveness, and integrity.

We had a wonderful experience with Hire Realty. Nick and Anthony worked with us through the process of both selling our home and buying our beautiful new condo. These guys made sure everything went smoothly and were available to us throughout everything. They happily answered any questions and stayed with us to help as we navigated both our closings. I highly recommend them.
