Nicholas Melvin

Nick Melvin is a real estate agent who works for Latter & Blum Canal & Main Reality, servicing both the Bayou and River parishes in Louisiana. Before starting his career in real estate, Nick spent four years of active-duty service in the United States Navy. After completing his active-duty service, he switched to the Naval reserves to continue serving his country while pursuing his civilian career.

Nick is an active member of the real estate community and serves on the Board for Bayou Board Of Realtors as well as Thibodaux Main Street Board of directors. His military background has given him valuable skills that he uses in his real estate career, such as attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they are buying or selling a home.

Nick currently resides in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. He also volunteers with various veteran organizations and advocates for veteran rights. Nick is an active member of his community and believes in giving back to those in need.
