About Nicholas

Nick’s career started in real estate shortly after graduating from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in real estate development and finance, working as a buyer’s specialist on the Tennessee and Georgia border for a well-established agent. This gave him a head start in the industry and an understanding of what buyers look for and see when touring homes, how to run a successful real estate business, and how to provide exceptional customer service. With a hunger to learn more about homes and provide better service to his clients, he completed Home Inspector training and passed the national home inspector exam. This gives Nick a better insight into the home's condition and gives his clients a competitive edge in negotiations.

Fast forward a few years when his wife's career brought them back home to Michigan. At this point, Nick decided to go into business for himself, here in West Michigan. Quickly becoming one of the top agents within his office and in the top five percent of agents in West Michigan.
