Nichole Graham

Nichole is a born and raised Kansas girl having grown up in Olathe and have been raising her own family of five in the Gardner/Edgerton area ever since! She knows she is bias, but she is certain there is no better place to call home than the Kansas City area! She graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2002, started a family, and began her real estate career in 2013. It brings her great joy helping people navigate buying their first home, to helping them sell that home and being able to purchase a family home, to assisting in investment properties or vacation homes, helping empty nesters and retirees. Life is a beautiful journey and as your realtor Nichole is honored to be a part of the big steps! She is honored to lead this team who shares likeminded values of home and serving others. When she is not working, you will find her at the family farm enjoying the outdoors and the slower pace of life it brings, watching their kid’s sports, obsessing over décor and design, hitting up their favorite local restaurants, or adventuring out to somewhere new, and cheering on their Royals and Chiefs!
