His skill set is impressive. He is straight-forward and thinks “outside the box”, which are two of the best qualities in problem solving. No one anticipates problems, but if any concerns arise, Nick is quick to calm emotions and resolve issues.

We honestly can not say enough good things about Nick Bowler. He was on top of things every moment, always answered his phone, has integrity and over all a great person to do business with.
I wanted to share that my husband and I have been buying and selling real estate for 28 years. Over those years we have done business with many agents. Nick was truly one of the best!
We were looking to selling an inexpensive, undeveloped piece of land that we had in eastern Washington. Since we live on the other side of the state we needed an agent but didn't known any in the area. I did a Google search just like you are doing today, and saw that Nick had very good reviews. I called him and he answered his phone the first time, no call backs. He did a property analysis and got back to us in a day. We were headed over to the property to check on it before listing and and he took the time to meet us there on only a moments notice. He listed the property and I know he showed it several time over the weekend. He sold it in less than a week for over asking price. We couldn't be more pleased! My point being, he worked hard to list and show it even though it was an inexpensive piece of raw land. He treated the whole transaction as if it was a million dollar piece of property. Truly Impressive!
If you are looking to sell or buy in the Chelan area, it would be a mistake to hire anyone but Nick Bowler Owner/Broker of RE/Max Advantage.

It has been such a pleasure working with Nick! His professionalism and efficiency combined with a down-to-earth personality and a good sense of humor are really what you hope for in working with a realtor. Nick was so helpful with a somewhat complicated real estate transaction that required lots of communication with the seller and high attention to detail and Nick didn't miss a thing. He lives in the Chelan Valley and is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the area, particularly as it relates to buying land or a home. Nick connected us with reliable vendors to complete feasibility, financing, title, building, and more. He was always available when we had questions and went to the property several times to give us updates, which was crucial as we do not live in the area.
